Evangelist Drake Kanaabo has ministered in over 51 nations. At home, the same ministry runs a children’s home, the island’s only major health centre and three schools — because God values a single soul far above gold or silver.
Drake has ministered in over 51 nations around the world, conducting mass evangelistic crusades and training evangelists. Drake and Josephine serve and fellowship with their home church on Bussi Island, Uganda, and have been part of it since 1982.
It began with preaching. It grew into a bed, a nurse, a classroom and a name someone remembers.
Mass evangelistic crusades in over 51 nations, and the Kanaabo School of Evangelists that puts the same work into other hands. This is where the ministry began — the children’s home, the clinic and the schools all grew out of it.
An orphanage that is home to 160 orphaned children, gathered from the poverty and HIV-stricken islands in Lake Victoria. Sixteen houses, ten children each, and a House Mama living with them.
The only major Health Care Center III on Bussi Island. It has greatly reduced pre- and post-natal deaths among mothers with no access to healthcare, and gives free HIV/AIDS medication to over 2,400 patients across the nearby islands.
Education institutions set up so our orphaned children can attain a decent education — life skills and, above all, the values of the Kingdom of God. Three institutions: Nursery, Primary and High School.
Operating in Uganda since 2009 — sensitizing the community about the current affairs of Israel and the biblical stance of Israel, and praying for and supporting the state of Israel.
One of the primary missions of the Church is to win lost souls to the Lord. Since God values souls far more than gold or silver, we are here on a mission — to spread this life-changing gospel in the shortest possible time, using every effective strategy available.
